There are plenty of amazing games that tell an impactful story about love, loss, hope, revenge, and much much more but few things ever get me like Chicory: A Colorful Tale.

It’s time to do more than just lunch together or even live in your own village of Potluck, to make things right. The overall style is simple, as if a child had drawn them with a lot of help and attention to detail, but with a lot of love! You are on your first day as the new Wielder, not chosen by Chicory but (apparently) by fate.

• Chicory: A Colourful Tale is a high-flying adventure game in a coloring book world with a limitless number of things to color. With your painting powers, explore new places, solve puzzles, help your friends, and change the world!
• Everything is a blank canvas: Draw on the rest of the world! The scene can be coloured in, as can the trees and even the creatures that populate it. You can play 2-player co-op with a friend to create the world. Paint-Based Puzzles: Communicate with the world using a paintbrush and different painting skills. Paint can be used for planting, switching, and uncovering secret pathways or messages.
• Abilities Unlock: These abilities to move and interact unlock as you go. You will learn how to jump, swim through paint, and climb to new places and waterfalls.
• Heartfelt themes of imposter syndrome, low self-worth, and mental health are explored in the gam, through the artistic lens.
• Collectables: You can gather decorative pieces and change the color schemes for the various regions of the game, as well as customize the player’s character’s outfit.
